Matylda, the creator and founder of Honey Blossom is an avid gardener, baker, traveler and most importantly - food lover! Originally from Poland, she basically grew up in the kitchen.
In 2017 her affinity for traveling to new corners of the world led her to Sydney - the home of Australian “grazing board” sensation - where she discovered her true passion for creating art with food. She spent a few years designing colorful spreads for the crème de la crème of the Australian music scene, before returning to Europe and her home of choice - Switzerland.
Here in Zürich, easy access to farm fresh produce and the highest quality meats and cheeses inspired her to continue creating her handcrafted boards and grazing tables and eventually led to the founding of this company, Honey Blossom, with a vision of bringing friends, family, and loved ones together.
At the core of Honey Blossom lies the passion for sharing food and connecting with others - good food and meaningful conversation are the ingredients for a beautiful life so let’s eat and be merry!
